• Using a very secure remote control session, we can connect to your computer to troubleshoot your problem or even offer training.

• During the remote session we will stay on the phone with you to help assist with any questions or concerns you may have. This allows us to work together to solve any problems you are currently experiencing.

• During the Remote Support sessions you will be able to see everything that we are performing on your computer. You are more than welcome to stay and watch or you can step away from the computer while we handle all tasks at hand.
